• Cancellation policy: FREE CANCELLATION up to 48 hours prior to arrival at the hotel.

Cancellation of bookings up to 48 hours or less before the start of the stay, or failure to arrive at the hotel, will result in a penalty of the amount of the accommodation corresponding to the first night and the proportional part of the treatments contracted. On special dates, cancellation of the reservation up to 7 days or less before the start of the stay, or no-show at the hotel, will entail a penalty for the amount of the accommodation corresponding to the first night and the proportional part of the treatments contracted. Please ask about these special dates when making your reservation.
